The fifth installment of neck games, where the hot Jazara and Freya with crazy lovers who play with their necks. At the beginning, Jazara wakes up Freya and asks her to play with their necks and pretend to break it. Freya agrees and they both start pretending to do it, but after playing for a while, Jazara kills Freya by mistake and after enjoying it for a while, she commits suicide by stabbing herself in the heart.
