Scene: 1 Kuromi and her are room mates, kuromi gives her a drink of water with medicine as iris has a headache, but the medicine makes iris super tired as she falls asleep slowly with her mouth open like this picture 1. Kuromi loves the way her neck look and licks and kisses it getting off

Scene 2: kuromi and iris fight with knives as iris is stabbed and slowly dies in kuromis arms, kuromi uses her dead body kissing her lips neck and licks her neck before closing her eyes. Iris looks like picture 2

Scene 3 iris is looking for some files for work and finds kuromis phone when she sits down on a chair to read them and sees messages between her and someone iris likes, before she could say anything kuromi shoots iris in the head killing her like in picture 3 and worshipping her neck by licking kissing and sucking in it
