Babylon, wearing ankle-length leggings, or a zako suit that reaches her ankles, along with boots (maybe different from the high heeled or thigh high ones you use), is barricaded in the room with a rifle, paranoid that someone is after her. She's distracted by covering the front door that she fails to notice a smoke grenade coming from a different direction (like the ceiling or through the window), which emits a poison gas that causes Babylon to choke and suffocate. As she's suffering, Iris (wearing leggings and flats) will come in wearing a gas mask and taunts Babylon before kicking her in the head to knock her out. She pulls Babylon to a different area and wraps her up in a sheet so that just her feet and lower legs are sticking out. She takes advantage of Babylon's feet once she removes her boots, first by lifting them up into her face to worship them thoroughly (with the main camera showing the tops and sides of Babylon's feet). She puts Babylon's feet down and watches them fall limp, then lays right alongside her and uses her hands and her mouth to keep sucking her toes, with the main camera mostly showing Babylon's soles. Iris then sits on Babylon's legs and thighs to keep going crazy on her feet, also humping her legs, slipping her own feet in and out of her flats. All the while, she's talking about how good the feet of an older woman taste and smell and taunting Babylon for not paying attention to all of her surroundings. When Iris is ready to finish up and leave, she takes Babylon's boots with her and says she'll need to hide out for awhile before coming back for more victims. The camera then moves all around Babylon's feet before finishing on her soles. It takes a long time for Babylon to eventually come to and sit up, but when she realizes what happened to her, she gets angry at herself. Don't forget to have Iris put a toe tag on Babylon at the end before she leaves.
